At Ronny Kobo, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your order doesn't meet your expectations, we accept returns of unworn, unwashed, and unaltered items with original tags attached within 14 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack your items in the original shipping box or a similar sturdy container, ensuring all designer tags and security seals remain intact.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via the portal and affix it to the outside of your package over any old shipping marks.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier at any official drop-off location and keep your tracking receipt to monitor the status of your refund.
